Lake Jeannine - Age and Deterioration

The flume as it appeared in June, 2001. Over the past year, there has been a great deal of deterioration in the wooden structure. Small trees and shrubs are again starting to reclaim what had once been part of the mine dewatering system. the old tires are still holding the water.

A closer look of the shrubs and trees which are now taking back what bulldozers and man tried so very hard to claim from nature for capital gain.
