Part of the processing plant complex. On the right of the concrete barrier there are steps and handrails leading to the top. The railroad tracks from the photo below, lead to this area and spanned the bridge shown in the center of this photo.

The train's rails have been removed; however, the ties and ballast are a reminder of a once thriving industry. If you follow the rail bed, it will lead to the structure pictured above.
