At km marker 390 there is a sharp turn toward the left followed almost immediately by a sharp turn back to the right. A short distance after this turn the driver will encounter blacktop. This photo was taken at the start of the paved highway. The top of the rise is the beginning of a divided highway. Photo "B" shows a closer view of the divided highway.
