As you turn off Québec Highway 138 onto Québec Highway 389, you will see this sign. If the lights on either side of the wording is red, it means the road is closed. If blinking amber, proceed with extra caution. Roughly translated, the sign says: Road to Manic V and Relias Gabriel is closed.
