The club was initiated in the 1960s and has a membership that fluctuates between fifteen
and twenty-five people.
The range has one trap, one skeet and eight sporting clay courses
plus a 100-yard rifle and pistol range.
Club members provide education on gun safety.
Members of the club have participated in regional, provincial and national championships.
The club has had one person win the provincial championship; and
former member, Louise Lemiux Doaust, was a 20-gauge shotgun world champion.
Members Louise Lemiux Doaust and Bill Giblim, are in the Canadian Skeet Hall of Fame.
Visitors are welcome and information regarding shooting times and
contact person are posted on the club house door.
If you want to try your hand at this sport, equipment rental is also available.
The cost is $50 per year plus $5 for each adult member.
