Seating

Opened in 1986, The Labrador City Arts and Culture Center has a proscenium theatre that seats 350 people. The center is not only used for local productions, but has about two guest artists per month. Some artists who have performed here are: Kitty Wells, Buddy Wasisname and the Other Fellows, Fables, Irish Descendants, Denny Doherty (of the Mammas and Pappas), Tommy Maken, Prairie Oyster, Frank Mills and Farmer's Daughter. It has also been the site of provincial theatre competitions. The local theater troupe, Carol Players have frequently won provincial competitions and participated in nationals.

Basement Display Room

The basement area has been designed as a gallery for displaying traveling exhibitions. These have included artwork, native arts and crafts, plus international cultural displays. During summer tourist season, local crafts are displayed and sold.
