Christmas Truck at Labrador City

Each year IOCC decorates an old haulage truck with large 2" light bulbs. This truck is placed at the main gate to the IOCC complex and when viewed from a distance all that can be seen is the outline of a truck in multi-colored lights. It is known locally as The Christmas Truck and viewing it has become a local annual tradition for many families. It is fun to watch small children's eyes widen at the size of this monster truck. Viewing the bottom photo, one can easily see why little children are in awe of this sight. Gary, who is 6' 2", is not even as tall as the tires on this big vehicle.
