The transformer gallery is 859 feet (262 meters) long and contains eleven transformers. Each transformer sets inside a retaining wall which would contain any or all oil in the event of a spill.

This underground complex contains a large sealed room in the event of fire or other catastrophic emergency. This power generator is in that emergency shelter. Another specialized room is a records vault for storing archived, obsolete and dated information.
