The filtrate receiver is where the water that is removed from the filter pan is collected. Also shown is the chute where the concentrate from the filter pan is directed onto the start of the load out conveyer system.

Tailings from the rougher spirals flow by gravity to the mag plant. These tailings are further refined, the magnetite material removed and the resulting slurry pumped to the pellet plant where it is used in the production of pellets.
