Pellet Plant - Regrinding

Regrind Mills  

The purpose of the regrind mills is to reduce the concentrate to a size compatible for producing pellets. When the concentrate leaves the regrind mills, it is called filter cake.

Bentonite Feeder  

After being reground, bentonite is added to the filter cake. The bentonite acts as a gluing agent in the production of green balls.
