All information received from guests via e-mail or forms is deemed private and will not be given or sold to any third party. This site agrees with, follows and in some areas exceeds the criteria established for USA's COPPA guidelines. Although every precaution is taken to ensure that privacy; the following exceptions may apply:

  1. If you choose to sign our guest book, any and all information you provide becomes available to anyone viewing our guest book. Even if you chose the Private option, although the information given will not be displayed publicly, we can not control robots that gather e-mail addresses from our guest book provider.

  2. If we receive your award, your site and/or awards program name, award graphic, date received, laudation and URL will be listed on our "Awards Won" area.

  3. If you are a recipient of our award, your site name, screen shot, URL and date won is listed on our Recipient's List.

  4. If you present a gift to us or our site, your name, site name, date received, organization/affiliation and the relevant URLs will be publicly listed in our "Gifts" area of our "Site Info" section.
