Christmas 2003 Ice and Snow Sculptures - 1

This big Santa adorned one family's front yard. We're uncertain if Santa has been rolling in the snow or if he's been playing with a can of shaving cream! Oh, it's actually snowfall covering this huge 3 meters (10 ft) tall Santa. The sculptor asks his nieces and nephews for suggestions of his front lawn ornament; we wonder if they thought a BIG Santa would bring more, bigger, better gifts?

This Christmas statue is designed from the movie, "Cat in the Hat." We looked and looked but didn't find Mike Meyers inside! As with the other snow art, this sculpture is fighting a loosing battle with the almost continuous fall in this area.
