19. Go around the rest of the tree skirt, except the circle hole in the middle.		20. Cut away excess binding. Fold binding in half so the sewing machine stitches are covered in the back.		21. Pin in place.
22. Center the tree skirt tie (extra piece of binding) in the center of the circle. Do NOT fold in half. Sew the one layer of the tie to the center circle of the tree skirt. Reinforce the ends by going back and forth on your machine.		23. Fold tie in half so all seams and tree skirt backing are showing.		24. Sew 1/2 inch seam.
