This extra long queen sized quilt (90" x 124") top is made from rose, blue, navy and ivory 100% cotton. The backing is ivory cotton fabric. The double binding is navy. The batting is fiberfill. It is machine pieced and hand quilted. It was completed in October 2001. The squares of the chains have a diagonal line in the middle to enhance the flow of the design. An ornate design is quilted between the chains. the border is quilted with parallel, diagonal lines. There is 254 yards of quilting at 6 stitches per inch equaling 3¼ linear yards of hand-quilting per square foot.
