This baby sized quilt (47" x 47") top is made from red, black and ivory 100% cotton. The backing is ivory cotton fabric. The double binding is black. The batting is fiberfill. It is machine pieced and hand quilted. It was completed in March 1999. The plain blocks, set on diagonal, are quilted with an curved line design. The basket is outlined ¼ from the seams and a heart is quilted into the center of the basket. The border is quilted with an interlocking chain motif. This quilt has 54 linear yards of quilting.
