This quilted sham (20" x 25") top is made from red, blue and ivory 100% cotton. The backing is ivory cotton fabric. The ruffle is from a 100% cotton print.. The batting is fiberfill. It is machine pieced and hand quilted. It was completed in July 1989. The red stripes are outlined ¼ from the seams and the white stripes have an interlocking curved design. The flag field has echo quilting from the heart.
