This full sized quilt (81" x 96") top is made from rose, blue and ivory 100% cotton. The backing is ivory cotton fabric. The double binding is blue. The batting is fiberfill. It is machine pieced and hand quilted. It was completed in August 1987. The plain blocks, set on diagonal, are quilted with a feathered heart design; the partial blocks are quilted with parallel lines. The basket is outlined ¼ from the seams and a heart is quilted into the center of the basket. The border is quilted with interlocking hearts.
