This twin sized quilt (72" x 90") top is made from mauve and ivory 100% cotton. The backing is ivory cotton fabric. The double binding is mauve cotton. The batting is fiberfill. It is machine pieced and hand quilted. It was completed in January 1986. The sashing is quilted with an outline of a tree in the vertical rectangles and smoke from the chimney and a sidewalk leading to the door. Hearts are quilted in the red center sashing blocks. The windows are quilted to show six panes and the door has a small, quilted, heart-shaped window.
