The above quilts are made using some odd shapes. The quilt to the left is a feathered star with Ohio star center. The upper right is called kalidescope. The lower right is a double wedding ring. The odd shapes are a bit more difficult to cut and the quilter must be careful to not stretch the fabric when piecing. I rotary cut even odd shaped pieces.
